01.
We Meet
It all starts with a relaxed, no-pressure chat. This is our chance to get to know each other, talk through your ideas, and make sure I’m the right celebrant for your day.
We can meet in person, over the phone, or via video call - whatever feels easiest for you.
02.
You Lock It In
When you’re ready to go ahead, I’ll send through your Service Agreement along with a ceremony questionnaire so I can begin shaping your vision. Once your booking fee is paid, your date is officially secured.
I’ll also guide you through all the legal requirements, including your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM), so everything is taken care of properly and on time.
03.
We Create
This is where the magic happens. Together, we’ll craft a ceremony that feels genuine, meaningful, and completely reflective of your story — whether that’s modern, traditional, relaxed, or somewhere in between.
I’ll guide you through wording, vows, readings, and structure, offering ideas and support along the way. You’ll receive a draft to review, so every detail feels just right.
04.
We Refine
As your wedding day approaches, we’ll finalise all the details and make sure everything feels seamless and stress-free.
If your package includes a rehearsal, we’ll run through everything together so you feel confident and comfortable heading into the day.
Rehearsals are not included in the Just Us package, but I’ll always ensure you feel fully prepared.

You Say "I Do"
On the day, I’ll be there early, calm, and completely prepared. I’ll guide your ceremony with warmth and ease, keeping everything flowing so you can be fully present and soak up every moment.
And just like that — you’re married.
06.
After the Ceremony
Once the celebrations are over, I’ll take care of lodging all legal paperwork with Births, Deaths & Marriages.
You’ll also receive a simple follow-up guide covering everything you need to know next — from applying for your official marriage certificate to changing your name, if that’s part of your plan.
