Planning your ceremony shouldn't feel complicated or stressful. My role is to guide you through each step with clarity, warmth and care - so you can enjoy the journey and focus on what really matters.

We Meet
It all begins with a relaxed, obligation-free chat. This is our chance to get to know each other, talk through your ideas, and make sure I’m the right celebrant for you. We’ll chat about your vision for the day, I’ll explain the process, and answer any questions you might have.
This meeting can take place in person, over the phone, or via video call — whatever feels easiest.

We Create
This is where the heart of your ceremony comes together. Every couple is different, and your ceremony should be too. We’ll work closely to create something personal, meaningful, and true to you — whether that’s traditional, modern, relaxed, or a blend of it all.
I’ll help you with wording, readings, vows, and structure, and offer guidance and suggestions along the way. Once I’ve drafted your ceremony, I’ll send it to you to review so you feel completely confident and happy with every part.

You Lock It In
If you’re happy to proceed, I’ll send through my Service Agreement along with a ceremony questionnaire so I can start getting to know you and your vision for your special day. Once your deposit is paid, your date is officially secured.
I’ll also guide you through the legal requirements, including your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM), and make sure everything is taken care of properly and on time.

We Rehearse*
In the lead-up to your wedding, we’ll catch up one last time to run through the final details and answer any remaining questions. This doesn’t have to be a formal walk-through unless you want it to be — it’s simply a chance to feel prepared, reassured, and ready for the day ahead.
Rehearsals can be held in person (where available) or via video call, and are typically held within a week of your ceremony.

*Please note, a rehearsal is not included in the Just Us package but I'll make sure you feel completely comfortable and prepared ahead of the day.

You Say "I Do"
When the day arrives, I’ll be there early, calm and prepared, with everything ready to go. I’ll guide your ceremony with warmth and presence, keeping things flowing smoothly so you can stay present and enjoy every moment.
Once the paperwork is signed, the celebrations begin — and you’re officially married.

After the Ceremony
After your wedding, I’ll finalise and lodge all the legal paperwork with Births, Deaths & Marriages. I’ll also send you a simple follow-up guide with everything you need to know about next steps, including how to apply for your official marriage certificate.
A Final Note
From our first conversation to the moment you say “I do,” I’m here to support you every step of the way. My goal is to create a ceremony that feels effortless, meaningful, and truly reflective of your love — a moment you’ll remember and cherish forever.
Along the way, I’m also happy to share trusted recommendations for venues, photographers, stylists, florists, and other wonderful wedding professionals if you need them. Think of me as both your celebrant and a calm, knowledgeable guide as you bring your day together.
